Voice controls

I have the premium pack in my 128i and im trying to set up my voice phonebook, but when i follow the instructions in my manual i tell it to " store name", and all it does is tell me that the phonebook is empty. so then i try to say "store number" and after im done dictating it, all it does is tell me " "continue". The instructions in the phone manual arent very specific, can anyone help by giving me some advice?, and is anyone else having this problem?

After "continue" say either "dial" or "store" to complete the command

I had the same problem. I cured it by using the word "save" instead of the word "store". For some reason, the phone manual for the 128 is incorrect. (I searched the web and found manuals for other BMW models and they use the word "save", not "store"). Anyway, it worked for me and hopefully it will work for you too.

Does anybody know how t get voice commands to work with the NAV. I've got the Business NAV and not sure if voice commands work with the NAV.

Glad to hear it! I can only assume there must be lots of other owners in the same boat. It's quite a glitch.
