What's Next?

I have a 2008 128i with only 68,000 miles on it. I have replaced the following: spark plugs and coils, both Vanos solenoids, and two of the four O2 sensors. (other two I have but not on car yet). The car has miss around 25-40mph maybe 2,000 to 3,500RPM went hot. I never just replaced things on a whim, my Foxwell code checker said these were needed replaced. With every replacement, it is better AND fuel mileage has went up. I am having my transmission fluid changed this week (could I have a bad torque converter?). Love the car (have had it 6 years) BUT all these happing at once, and no miles? Any help would be apricated or is time to jack this up and drive a new one under it???
