M Sport Packages Tires, are they runflats?

Anyone who has already received their 1-series with the M Sports Package option (ZMP), are your tires run-flats. If not run-flats did you get a donut spare or the M repair kit in the trunk? I suspect there is not even room to put even a donut spare in the trunk anyway, I havent looked, wished I would have, my dealership is 50 miles away.

Anyone?

Is there a spare wheel well in the trunk? Last time I bought regular tires and put them on a set of style 71 replicas, I could tell such a difference in the ride and handling, but to make sure I had a spare, bought a small donut just to be safe on long rides.

I don't think there is room for the spare wheel/donut. The battery is quite big and takes up a lot of space. If you absolutely need it, you can just put it in your trunk.

There is no spare wheel well in the trunk but I have to admit the Dunlops that my 135i with M Sport came with seem to be better than the Bridgestone RFTs.

Thanks for everyones help, when looking at the description of all the wheel options, only place I did not see RFT was on the ZMP package option. Hope they are much better than when I had them before, the difference even using a replica rim was noticable or at least to me it was.

Again, thanks everyone!

I just picked up my Msport this month. I initially didn't notice, but they are in fact Dunlop Sp Sport RFT.

I have no problem with the ride quality on the RFT's. Just make sure you keep the pressure at the recommended setting.....and watch the potholes.

The 08 Bridgestones stink to high heaven. If they've switched you're lucky,
I have a donut and jack in the trunk (winter tires are not RFT) and there's still plenty of room for stuff.

I agree about the bridgestones, I have em on my 325 and I am going to try something else when I need a new set.
Do you have the donut and jack secured? If you do, how?

I have the dunlap RFT's and the sport package.....firm ride, 39/41 PSI, but they are sticky. I agree, watch the potholes. I took the 4 year package covering the tires, wheels and dents.....with my wife driving it, I know it will come in handy.

They just sit in the trunk, no problems. The donut is in a big plastic bag and the jack is in a canvas bag.
