Just received my 128i sport AW/Terracotta Brown
After a reasonable wait (less than 6 weeks), my 128i was finally delivered last thursday. Since these are many requests for terra interior, I thought it would be good to post my first pics. I absolutely love driving it, it has poise and balace that I missed from my 2007 Mazda MX-5 plus the charm of the silky smooth 6 in line.
I was considering to upgrade to a BMW performance exhaust (I come from a 2008 VW R32 that has a hell of a stock exhaust) but I have to say I am very happy with the sound of the stock exhaust, less "bad boy" than the R32 but it has something pleasant...

Love the interior! Wish that was available when I got mine, although I took one off the lot anyway.

Did they change the headlight washers for the update or is that how all the 128i headlight washer are?

Performance exhaust is still on my wish list, it is just not as urgent as I thought since the car is everything but boring quiet. Love it all the way, made 200 miles today on back roads along the Fox River, made me smile all the way, positively surprised about how comfortable it is with windows and sunroof open, no turbulences inside, my daughter did not even wake up.

Hi CV etc.:
I just received my blue 128, and considered the performance exhaust, but right now, I'm loving the sound without it. It's more mechanical than exhaust, and just purrs. I'm trying to use the sound of the engine for shifting smoothly, rather than the tachometer, and it's starting to work for me. cheers, Jack |

It doesn't look like they are the xenons. I wonder why they would have washers...

It is regular halogen, did not take the Xenons. The washers were part of the cold weather package (together with heated seats and ski bag)

Same here, it is the first thing people noticed about the car, everybody keeps on telling me how good they look, especially with the AW color.
