Ha. I don't really, either, but there are some tutorials online. Looks pretty easy. Take the AVI version of the file and throw it in GIMP or PS, where a few more steps are done.

if you want to see random quickness look at the titles of his other vids...I believe one says 155mph roll in it. (that one was filmed in Mexico)

no offense taken, my last name is Quick so I get a lot of jokes about it as you can imagine. I especially liked my license plate on my first bmw in high school, "QUICK BM". The letters BM are their own acronym apart from BMW.

Unfortunately I have to go play soldier for all of July but I will be there in August!
