Took this when it was almost dark (8:45pm) at ISO 1600. Handheld at 1/60 and at F/2.5. You wouldn't believe it with all the light in the photo.

Pretty impressed with how well the 5D handles the noise. Also testing lightroom's noise reduction which seems to work well.

Update:

Instead of creating a whole new thread for 1 photo, going to tack this one on here:

Just practicing with lighting. Had 2 shoot-through umbrellas set up. Not the greatest shot, but security came and kicked me out before I was able to get one that I really liked.

Did you change the angel eyes light bulb and what kind is it ?

They look brighter in the photo because of some post processing.

This was with a 35L. I have the 70-200 as well (not the updated version though). It's a great lens.

You should try this picture with a polarizing filter..

I tend to take a few photos after a wash since black cars only stay clean for a day. Have to cherish those moments.
