Yes Jlee it does, the wiring install is slightly different, i have installed Active Processors now to post 3/2008 135i's and 335i's and all have been behaving perfectly in the field.

I am an owner with V81/29.2 and Active processor and Riss Racing catless downpipes. No codes, no issues after 2000km since installation. Just smooth power all the way!
