Correct me if I'm wrong, but the trim part of the wheel is interchangeable. Meaning you could put in the M-Sport wheel and use the chrome trim cover that you have now. I've driven with both, and the m-sport wheel feels much thicker, and I like the fatter groves for the thumbs. The leather also feels nice and soft, where the normal sport wheel feels kind of hard. Either way, nice upgrade on the seats...

yep that works. both the M3 and Msport wheel are one of the best OEM upgrades out there. thicker, smaller and more padding. you'll never want to go back to the stock one I promise.

yep, i drove a loaner m-sport 335i a few months back and absolutely loved the steering wheel. hmmm... i wonder if the m3 steering wheel fits our 1's?

it does, same exact wheel as the Msport just different leather (non perforated) and the tri color stitching.
