Save $150 from new. Includes three Macht Schnell mounts and one VAC Motorsports inner mount. Some of the mounting holes look gnarly but all thread as they should, by hand. I have taken photos of the holes and a bolt screwed in, just for my own peace of mind and yours.

This is all you need for both front seats in a E90, E92, F80, F82, or E82.

$250 firm + shipping (I'll take care of the PP fees) or picked up locally with cash on the Peninsula in the Bay Area.
