135i m sport stock wheels max tire size

Hey guys, I just picked up a 2009 135i m sport and I’m getting ready for a track day. I have been planning on buying some apex arc-8’s but In the mean time I’m just gonna throw some federal rs-rr’s on the stock wheels. What are the max size that I could fit on them? It came with 245’s in the rear and I think 225’s up front. Also, when I do get the good ol arc-8’s, what’s the max tire I can fit without rolling the fenders (wheel size recommendations welcome)
