Thanks for the laughs, you're epic.

Chesterfield is pretty nice, its middle England and not too near a city. It's very white and not multicultural at all. A lot of ex manual workers in the elder part of the community, ex miners, steel workers etc. They are generally good people and it is a nice place to live.

One problem though, there are quite a number of inherently racist and generally frightened people in that part of the community. The weird thing is different races and immigrants play zero part in their daily lives, but you still can't get a cab in Chesterfield without a dose of racism from the driver to accompany your journey.

Scenery and countryside is really nice though.....some great places to go for a drive.

I disagree! I get shit for speaking the Queen's English and I learned to speak it before I could walk a mile! Americans think I'm one of you so it's all cool in my books (even though I was once told by a footballer in Liverpool that I'm great as long as I stop talking since raping English is not okay)!

The gb should be a great example to us all. You fucking nailed it with your deal with the eu. You guys destroyed all manufacturing and innovations and entrepreneurs but you got the bankers in. We can even over look for minor things like Africa and America for sure. But the Brexit won, and immediately you guys went like fuck no.

I'm not sure how it shows there but the crash in the market was the only thing that has shocked our idiots enough to stfu. Americans are a one source culture so they have to experience the burden of voting for themselves.

We need changes, all of us but I think stopping bitch rants are the way to go and moving on will be easier if we could just accept our history.

The thing is, one doesn't know what is funny before going to a pint with an Irish or a Brit. You guys are epic and I truly mean every spectrum of skins you have. The attitude is what counts.

I was a neverhillary guy, but will have to score a miss.

Sean Spicer, forget the presser topic, cannot speak well.
He either needs to go or do some serious practicing.

"Uh, uh, blah blah blah, uh, uh."
Uh drives me nuts when coming from someone who is paid to speak.
Delivery was all over the place too.
"Oh, and president Trump will be..."
Good grief.

That was horrible, content aside, just horrible.

MISS.

Looks like Trump had a very good TV audience for his swearing-in.

Trump inauguration draws nearly 31 million U.S. television viewers
http://feeds.reuters.com/~r/reuters/...-idUSKBN15600S

If I read it right:
1. Reagan 1st term
2. Obama 1st term.
3. Trump

Note the drastic drop for the two termers second inaguration.

When Obama was elected, he was not my choice, but you know what, I backed him, because he was the elected President according to the Constitution. I wanted him to succeed, it's in our best interest. I did not agree with many of his positions, even ones that did not personally affect me, like Obamacare, but I know people who it did affect in a negative way with dramatic increases in health care and they could not keep their plans as advertised. It would be wonderful if all the people on the streets holding signs or setting cars on fire or trashing stores, etc. had this attitude. Then America could truly be great again!

There are several on here who've voiced their well wishes, while still poking fun, to Trump and our country.
Then there are the many who want failure, as if to get an I told you reward.

I'll give a start of a hit rating.

Be careful what you wish for.......a lot of regulations are good (food labeling, product safety, etc). Cutting red tape is good. Letting corporations stick it to the public is bad. And with big tax cuts, how will we pay for our govt? Will the Chinese by more t-bills and bonds?

Your concerns and questions, myself too, cannot be answered yet. Information will start being released asap I'm hoping. Taking some completely useless and wasteful layers off is what I'm 'assuming' he's up to.
It's a mess as it sits.

Tax related plans? I have no idea.

If we have, and elect, candidates like Trump, Bernie, Cruz, etc......we will not do well. I challenge everyone on here to help nominate and support better candidates in 2020. Go to your local party headquarters and see how you can contribute. I plan on checking in at Collin County GOP office and seeing what I can do.

Signed executive orders to withdraw from the TPP and freeze all federal hiring, excluding the military.

My main concerns are with his swamp cabinet. Secretary of Education couldn't answer basic questions about IDEA or even gun control. "Well there's a school in Wyoming that needs guns for grizzly bear attacks!". She should NOT be anywhere near education. The guy pegged for head of EPA is a climate change denier who is currently suing the EPA. Ben Carson is a certified psycho who is quoted as saying the pyramids of Egypt were built for Joseph to store his grains, etc, etc, etc.

I do not comment here or publicly on anything related to abortion / pro-life.
If someone wants to keep that topic current within this thread, please do.

I agree, sort of, we had more candidates this past cycle then I have ever seen. What, at least three Dems and 10 or so, I can't remember GOP candidates. My choice, Kasich, didn't make it. It's obvious a lot of folks rejected the usual political types during the primaries. I would call this election an anomaly. Depending on what happens over the next four years will determine the next election. I have a keen sense of the obvious, don't I? Let's give the guy a chance here, what other options do we have?

Democrats should be mad that Joe Biden did not run, I think he would have run away with it....
