Wagner down pipe VRSF or punch the cat

Hi all
I got a spare oem cat for my e82 n55 135 with mhd tune .
Was looking at punching the internals out or is it better to buy
A downpipe . Any benefits Iím doin so ?

If you don't think you'll ever put the cat back in, just buy the VRSF and sell your old cat to a metal scrapper for $100.

I went for Wagner down pipe look good and has zero fitment issues
VRSF are to have the rhd downpipe ready in few weeks . Price isnít that much more anyway and compared to stock one the end section flows out bigger better
