Upgraded intakes for N55?

So, based on "more is better" with respect to air for turbos, I am looking at alternate intake systems. I ended up making a "Mr. 5" for my N54 335i but am looking at a number of the commercial solutions (Afe has some nice *looking* stuff..but man..expensive). What are you using on your N55 track cars? I currently have a stage 2+ custom tune and am only using a K&N drop in as the only intake upgrade. TIA!

No need whatsoever on a stock turbo. Keep the factory airbox. If anything look into replacing the inlet. Those are pretty restrictive.

I added some intake scoops to my car and kept everything else stock. You get alot of debris with the scoops so I vacuum out the air box frequently.

Imo N55 intakes are pointless.

Had a BMS intake for a while, actually gave me more issues than anything else

Stock Intake is well designed.

My shop recommended doing an AFE drop in filter and call it a day.
