Just learned yesterday that we will break ground Thursday morning. So I am expecting the house to be finished sometime end of August or early September. I definitely want to do a color scheme similar to yours and add more LED lighting for when I detail my cars. I am not sure about epoxying the floor just yet or maybe adding porcelain tile instead. Here are other garages I like also.

I love the lights in the second one and the tile in the first! What does the tile run per square foot?

It has to be porcelain. Any other type of tile will crack when you use floorjacks or jack stands.
I been seeing anywhere from 1.50-4.50 for porcelain tiles similar to the picture above. I will have about 420 sq.ft to play with. Making porcelain tiles an expensive expenditure!

I would never use tiles like that in a garage. Just not worth it

I know. It really is unnecessary especially for us doing all our work in the garage and making messes. The grout will go to shit, but damn it looks so cool!!

Between spills when changing fluids and 3 old Brit Bikes doing their oil drip thing, my garage floor is probably eligible for federal cleanup funds.

Def not leaving it as a default color garage. Gotta spice it up for my two babies!

Made some measurements, I am able to comfortably fit both my 128i and GTI in the garage. One has to be backed in and the other driven it to give me plenty of room to get in and out of the driver seat. Because the cars are relatively short, I am able to have a workbench and some tool cases in the back. Unsure of where to put my detailing supplies just yet.
