JB4 over Cobb
I have used neither, i would rather use Cobb for ease of installation, but since my car is CPO and they can track how many times your ECU has been flashed, i have decided to go the JB4 route so its undetectable.
Also, there is a bit of wastegate rattle noise when car is in cold start, or when engine is cold and the rev's are coming down you can hear a distinct rattle. when the car warms up however it is all gone. http://burgertuning.com/N55_Jb_BMW_P...nce_Tuner.html The noise sounds like this @ 30 seconds. What would you recommend? Dealer is going to say its normal probably. |

i have a cobb and ive got numerous items replaced under cpo program including the 6at transmission. i think the cobb is pretty darn much undetectable when uninstalled. The rattle could be just normal injector clicking if not the turbos should be replaced without question if you are cpo'd and they are rattling i dont see how they can avoid that.
