My ARC-8's came today, I'm absolutely thrilled with them and I can't wait to get some tires mounted on them.

Some thoughts on APEX:
1. These were the most expensive wheels I've ever purchased, and I've had bad luck with wheels in the past, so I was a little nervous about them getting to my doorstep all the way across the country without any issues. The wheels look absolutely perfect, no imperfections at all. Their packaging is fantastic and almost overboard.

2. Hyper Silver is REALLY silver, which is exactly what I wanted. Some of the photos I had seen online before ordering were deceiving and they almost looked dull. In person they look amazing.

3. Their customer service is top-notch. I had a few questions about suspension, offsets, tire sizing and shipping that Eddy responded to almost immediately. Also I emailed them about my account on their website and they got right back to me there as well.

4. I'm glad I pulled the trigger on these, I would absolutely buy another set of wheels from APEX.

Over the winter I bought a pair of the Aero-7s from them in Hyper Silver, I love how silver they are! Very bright, and the packaging is stellar. Wheels arrived in perfect condition as well.

I have confidence now that I'll be able to snag a set of track wheels from Apex for next track season
I just wanted to update this post as promised, since the original reason for the thread was due to a lack of availability. Units are coming back in stock this week for both the ARC-7 and EC-7. Not all finished will be back as the production run had to be kept small, but most of the finishes will be available.

We received a lot of requests for a Group Buy because of the long wait and backlog. We've gone ahead and made these units available for discount via that method. You can find a thread about it in the commercial section or linked through my signature. That deal will end 9/9/15.

Thanks again for voicing your concerns, we take your feedback very seriously.

This is going to finally force my hand on choosing a wheel and color combination for my AW 135i. Was going to wait till spring, but it makes no sense to wait now.

I keep missing these group buys. If you think finding things to fit a 1 series is hard, these are one of the few things I've found to fit my GTO. I need a 2nd set for winter now as I can't put the stock wheels back on with my brembos.
