After market stereo

Hi ya’ll Im new here and excited to have joined😉. I have an issue with an after market stereo I bought by avinUSA, but my car info screen for car settings and such is not visible, tried to contact company but noone ever answered to my requests on info. Anybody has installed one of this so they can help me configure it? Im in the San Francisco east bay. Will post pics later.

No problem hope it helps. All I did was use the search on the app and put in "AVINUSA 135i"
