I have a weird sound coming from if I had to guess the front axle near the front brakes. I was cleaning my rims and noticed it. At first it would make a noise every 20 sec or so but it varies. Sometimes faster and I am unable to figure it out. I don't remember hearing it before until today. If I had to describe the sound it resembles the sound of the seats moving. It's not very loud but it is noticeable. Has anyone experienced this?

yes.. If I move the car or open the trunk, it makes a 1 second hum/buzz noise, like the seats are moving. I have yet to figure out what it is though. It's pretty replicatable though.

Thanks for the information. I was kind of concerned since it kept going for nearly 10 min or so. It finally stopped. I figured it was harmless but was not sure since this was the first time I experienced it. Thanks again.
