Question too lean and too rich codes at the same time and extended cranks only when warm

short version:
I have a 2013 E88 118i petrol 70Kmiles and when the car is warm and I turn it on it shakes and it gasps for air (long crank). During a cold start it doesn’t do it. I get the too lean and too rich codes at the same time (among other codes listed below). I change the MAF sensor and that didn’t help: so I have no idea what I could be. Any ideas? Thank you.

long version:
I have been struggling with my car for the past 6 months to diagnose it, at different garages, with no luck! Are you located in the UK and can i bring my car in for you to check, please? Or if you could kindly give me any advice on this as i'm starting to give up on fixing it as it has cost me so much...

----------------Car:
-2013 E88 (1 series) BMW 318i, N43 engine, (manual, petrol).

----------------Codes:
-P0171 (System Too Lean - Bank 1)
-2A2B fuel mixture adaptation.
-2A99 (Crankshaft - Exhaust Camshaft Correlation)

On a different run I found these:
P13BA (Misfire Detection)
P13BC (Misfire Detection)
p0172 (System Too Rich)
p0012
2AA4, 2AA5, 2A82 (related to VANOS and timing issues)
29E0 (fuel mixture issue)






----------------Symptoms:
--------when cold: -starts/runs fine on cold starts


--------When warmed up (after 30 minutes drive)
-CEL comes up
-extended cranking when attempting to start the car
-RPM fluctuates when idle
-Fuel injectors keep losing their coding values and show wrong values
-when inspecting the timing chain through the engine oil cap with a screwdriver, i notice a very minor some slack.


----------------Notes and work done so far:

-Injectors/coils/spark plugs/vanos solenoids all changed less than 3K miles ago.
-MAF cleaned recently
-High and low fuel pressure pumps checked
-NOX sensor changed recently
-Battery changed
-water pump changed
-camshaft position sensors changed recenlty
