Misfire and rough drive

Need some help on this one, how to properly diagnose or next steps.

My car 08 e82 135i has been running rough for some time now

Shaking under load, rpm gauge jumps up and down under acceleration.

I’ve replace as of this far

Spark plugs

Ignition coils

Valve cover gasket

Fuel pressure sensor

I’ve attached the codes that my scanner has picked up.

What’s my next best route ? Ways to test parts before I go ahead and start buying more parts

How many miles? N54 engine may need walnut blast.
