Back rear seats will not recline or move

Any help or advice. It’s an 09 coupe M sport w/cold weather package . I can’t get them to recline back.
Neither side will work. Just started not laying back today.

I have the same problem in my E88.

Also, For the life of me, I can't get the BMW Original Roof racks to fit my car.

I think we should start a class-action against BMW.
