Indiscreet question - sorry - but are you prepared to share with us why you're selling your pristine 1M ?

I enjoyed lot of fun bulding my car and it runs really awesome now. But its not comfortable for daily driving in city (why? because its loud, low, grabs lot of attention, everybody wants to compete immediately etc. - off course you can leave exhaust valve closed, set KW to relaxed compression and rebound, drive slowly and nice, and do not respond to all of these attractions, but who wants to do that sitting in that car?!) and its not suitable even for occassional tracking (why? its not matter of engine, chassis, suspension or even brakes - its just because the car is so nice you want not to crash it or visit gravel around the track and spend several thousands of EUR replacing all that CF skirts, lips, diffusors, custom painted wheels etc.).

So I decided to buy 991 2S for daily driving (it will stay in factory shape w/o any modifications) and build a true race car as well which will be used on track. Probably old E46 or even E36 M3. There will be no expensive parts like CF, forged wheels etc.

Thats it. Nothing more or less. And please - everybody - do not initiate flame with all of these arguments like "You dont know that before you started 1M conversion? What do you expected?". Take it easy My mission with 1 M Coupe was 1) try that superb car, 2) do balanced, powerfull and stylish upgrade, 3) enjoy that combo for several years, 4) and move on forward.

I understand your comment about the tracking aspect of things. I enjoy the track and my car is an absolute beast on the track however I hate to do it with something that is very rare and where parts are hard to come by. I am going to be in the market for an E46 or E92 M car shortly and will look to gut it but will hold onto my 1M for a little while longer. Congrats on the Porsche, great cars!
