Window Anti-trap error fix??

BMW 125i E82 2010 Coupe:
Got the window Anti-trap error and my passenger window now won't work at all. Luckily it was fully up at the time it stopped.
The window module works, there's power to all the plugs for the window as I checked them, bought a new regulator that has a motor on it, that didn't work. Tried disconnecting the battery, holding the key down (only automatically the working window/ then closes it once held down again), tried holding the window button down and up for periods to reset. Also cleared all the errors except the only error was low engine oil which was topped up. No Anti trap error came up on the computer to clear.

Nothing has worked? Anyone had this before and managed to get the window working again???

Would I need to reset the windows after putting in the new regulator? is that why the new regulator didn't work? or should it have worked as soon as plugged in?

The window does not move at all, but I can hear the click down by my left foot inside the OBD door when pressing the window, but no movement.

I noticed that my passenger mirror doesn't move either.

Any help would be great guys

Hello, I have the same model car, I have this problem with me. Can you learn from your friend exactly what action you did?
