Question Euro delivery 135i lease - What should I expect?

I leased a E92 M3 euro delivery through South Bay BMW last year. I was silly and paid the lease upfront in cash. However, now I want to buy a condo and I need to sell the lease to get the cash for a down. Now I'm looking to order at xmas to do April 2012 delivery of a 135i coupe.

Here are the details:

-135i coupe
-3yr/12k mi, $2500 down
-Alpine White paint
-Black Leatherette
-Glacier Silver Aluminum trim
-M Sport Package w/ M wheel with paddle shifters
-7-speed DCT
-Navigation System
-Comfort Access keyless entry
-BMW Assist with Bluetooth
-BMW Carbon Fiber Rear Deck Spoiler
-BMW Performance Suspension

MSRP: $46,984

Since I'm doing euro delivery, I guess that knocks off like $2500? I think they'll cut me a great offer as well (repeat customer), so I'm thinking something like $3000+ off the dealer price. Does anyone know invoice pricing? I'm also planning to order at xmas for the $1500 cash bonus from BMW.

That should bring the MSRP down to $39,984. Are lease interest rates on the 135i coupe at 2.9% right now? I'm hoping to get a MF of .00175, or close to it for dealer loyalty. Do you guys think I'd be able to sneak out with a monthly lease rate of just under $500?

Gives you the invoice pricing of the car as you configure it: Be sure to look at EUropean Invoice for the ED discount.

Thank you!

I'm not sure if I did this all right. I selected all my options on the car. Selected euro delivery. Then I went to the Finance tab and filled out the tax and registration, 36mo, $2500 down, rounded MF to 0.0018, and left the rest. It's showing a monthly payment of $498.22. I hope that's accurate

It also doesn't have options for BMW's performance parts

Yeah, you're going to have to consider the BMW Performance Parts individually. Bear in mind also that lease rates could change a lot between now and March of next year (probably when you'd be signing depending on your delivery date). Remember there's a .0003 lease adder for Euro Delivery as well... I'd say round it to .0022 to be on the safe side and get a better idea of the number.

Still, sounds about right. It's about the numbers I'm getting on my October ED 135i coupe, though I'm going in optioned to the hilt (mostly) and going terracotta leather interior so my numbers are a squeak higher.

Also bear in mind that BMW likes to refresh their options list AND prices about every six months. Yesterday I had to go through re-optioning my car because the packages changed for September 1 SOP and now I had a different list of packages and options to fill out what I wanted. Didn't complain too much; the new options list actually meant my price dropped by $500. Still, it seems likely there'll be a price refresh in March, or some new option packages... still as a baseline guide that's not a bad place to start.

That rate also doesn't include the $1500 xmas bonus, so that should help me out.
