vishnu procede v5 and recall

hey guys, i recently purchased a 2008 bmw 135i from a member here and after getting my oil change i found out there is 4 recalls on the car.. long story short the car has the procede v5 installed which has to be removed since they will do an ecu reflash for the injectors and fuel pump recall... my question is once i remove the procede v5 will it automatically go to stock map and the old map just automatically stays on the procede? so pretty much once i install everything back to procede do i have to reload the map somehow.. or how can i save the map i have now?

please help

It's a piggy back tune, so the 'map' is on the procede itself. Take it out, and the car will use the existing ecu that came with the car. Put it back in and the procede map will be used.
