Talking Stupid Question

I have been very happy with my 08 n54 sofar. However lately (after current software fix, and replacement of Pump(s), Wastegates and VANOS ) I have been unable to break traction while going WOT 1st through 3rd of a roll. With that I mean I engage first start to roll and then hit WOT. Not revving up and slipping clutch.
Limiting or switching off DTC does not change anything. The streets need to be wet for anything to happen. Also I am on the original Runflats, which need to be replaced soon there should not be traction.

I am not asking how to break traction, just if you experience wheel spin if you go WOT from from a rolling start in first/second.

That would depend on the tires, ambient temperature, road surface condition, steering angle...etc

I am on Michelin PSS which should be stickier that stock RFT and can break them loose at will if the circumstances are right.

Are you wondering if your car got 'de-tuned' after the DME upgrade?

There are lots of threads on people feeling 'lag' or reduced throttle sensitivity after the software 'fix'.
