traction control

So I was testing the traction control on and off to see what the difference was. With it of, yes i spin a lot more, but it seems that the car is faster. Am I right? So lets say I wanna drag someone, should I take traction control off?

With traction control on the car will limit/brake in order to keep the tires from spinning.

A little tire spin isn't a horrible thing, so yes, you'll be 'faster' with it off.
