Intercoolers that fit without ANY Cutting

Is the Wagner EVo 1 the only intercooler that doesn't require ANY cutting or does the EVO 2 actually fit? Any others?

Yes, but I believe the clamps holding the factory connections must be cut off.

I installed the "needs no cutting" stepped VSRF intercooler. I had to cut a corner support out of the passenger side plastic. I was annoyed, but it's not something you would ever see and it's not going to hurt anything.

I've read posts about that same intercooler where people didn't remove any material.

The Forge intercooler required zero cutting and works with the factory fittings.

Is that from personal, first-hand knowledge or from their advertisement?

Thank you.

I installed the Forge intercooler on my car and it required zero cutting. One caveat, I did remove the flexible shroud that clips in front of the intercooler. I may have been able to squeeze it in, but it would have been a tight fit. It's a non-structural part, and because the Forge unit is larger than the OEM unit, the shroud is less critical to ducting air into the cooler. I suspect trimming this shroud would have allowed it to be more easily used, but I just left it off.

This, best FMIC if you're not going to cut. Quality is top notch.

Also, CSF makes a plug n play FMIC, unsure if cutting is involved, -imported

FWIW, I had ADE install their FMIC. The shroud that directs air to the FMIC was cut perfectly to match the new profile. Nothing else required cutting and the shroud is a separate part that could be replaced if uninstalling.
