Well, my status on the 16th to awaiting transport, so I guess I belong here with you 21'ers. It's getting sooooo hard to wait. How are the rest of you doing? Any more builds complete?

Where did you get your VIN from? Did you call your dealer? Or will it be displayed on the OC page? Mine suppose to finish production tomorrow, but I don't see a VIN yet.
Thanks |

Confused about week #'s (start or end of production?)
Hey guys, I'm totally confused about the week numbers, will someone define it for me? Is your week # the week the production starts, or the week that your car is etimated to be done? My 135i started production yesterday (May 19), but it's not slated to be completed until May 28. I've tried to figure this out through reading the posts, but I see a lot of overlap between the week support threads, so I think some people are posting on the wrong thread, based on what they're saying. Anyway, I appreciate any sort of clarification!! Thanks

At Port !!!!!
My 128 was completed today (or yesterday) and is now at the port awaiting a boat bound for the west coast. So, it's sounding like end of June to me. What do you think ??

If we get on the boat this week or early next week, then hell yeah.
My car was completed yesterday too, probably missed the train yours caught. I'd be pissed if yours got on a boat right away and mine didn't... :P |

In my group there was a guy who's car was completed a day after mine yet his made a boat a week ahead of me. (heading for the same coast) So build date does not necessarily guarantee priority on the boat.

There is also one hitting the docs on 6/4, so you should make one of them. After that it takes about 3 weeks to get to the west coast and another week or so to go through VPC. So you're looking at a late June or early July delivery.

I have an est completion date of 5/23. Dealership is in Lakeland, FL. from what I understand it takes about a week for a boat, two weeks on the boat, a week in the states, and then it makes it to the dealership? This sound about right?
I'm hoping for a late June delivery. |
