The JB+ makes more power than the SSTT when set at 75% (highest I could get it without a code) but it is more "peaky" in its power delivery. The SSTT is more stock like just more power. To me the linear power delivery is something I can not give up for more power ( looks like Dinan is in my future). I think the JB+ would be better on a step than the manual as I dont think the difference would be as noticeable due to being able to drop to the lowest gear possible with a mat of the pedal.
