Lougheed Hwy towards Hope maybe?

Dunno about some of the sideroads condition this time of year but I was out for work off Morrison Valley Rd (turnoff at Harrison Mills shortly before Agassiz) couple of years ago and those roads towards the Hemlock Valley Ski Area where great fun to drive in the summer. Could be a lot of gravel on the road though...

And if you don't mind crossing the border how about the 542 from Bellingham towards Mt. Baker. Check it out at:

Mission Raceway. However..you don't want to screw up as there is limited run off room. Also a fairly tight track and hard on tires/brakes. If you got time go down to Pacific raceway in Seattle. There are also lots of AutoX clubs around that use areas at Boundary bay airport, Pitt Meadows airport and also out at the tradex at Abbotsford.

Went to Spanish Banks with the family today. Saw a SGM coupe pulled off on the side of the #1 going east just after the Sprott overpass. Then saw a black 128i vert on Mariner in Coquitlam. My first single day double sighting.

How about for beginners?, ie people who have never tracked their cars before?

Hey, another local checking in... I'm actually out in Maple Ridge, but downtown Mon-Fri.

Depends how long of a drive you are looking for. The road up to Gold Creek / Alouette Lake is a blast to drive and very scenic, although only around 25km round trip. Neaves Road to Pitt Lake is fun and straight, although not as scenic.

If you want a little further drive, how about the crows nest highway (#3 I think) to Manning park? Should be clear right now, but not 100% sure on that. I'd also second Lougheed Highway -> Harrison Hot Springs / Hope. You could even combine both and do Lougheed -> Hope, then hop onto the #3 from there to Manning and blast back on the #1.

Finally Picked it up on Wednesday

Finally got out of the car long enough to take a few pictures. I was worried about Cashmere Silver, since we had ordered it sight unseen. We needn't have worried, we think it looks great. I think it will be quite a rare colour as well, which is a plus...
