Bad sound quality after software update when using bluetooth
I had complained to BMW about some radio issues, so they updated my radio software. I now feel like that was a mistake b/c not only was radio issue not fixed, but now the sound quality while on the phone using bluetooth is horrible. When the other person talks, sometimes their voices skips, other times their voice makes this loud pop sound. It's very unpleasant to the point where I no longer like to talk on the phone in my car.
Has anyone experienced this and fixed the issue? It seems like putting the Bass and Treble to 0 or -7 has no effect on it.
