Help! NO Sound at all after dealer visit!

As the title states, just got my car back from the dealer after HPFP replace (surprise!), and they also flashed the DME.

Anyway, on my ride home, went to fire up a USB thumb drive (iPod+USB option), and the USB option is no longer in my audio menu... hmm, tried a CD (which IS in the audio menu), and I get no sound whatsoever. Tracks "play" according to the display, but no matter how loud I turn the volume knob, I get nothing. Same thing with the radio, it tunes to my local stations, but I hear nothing.

Anyone have this happen before? Any "reset" procedures I should know about (well... the dealer should've known about)?

Yeah, I have an appointment with them Monday. It was 6:30pm when I picked up my car, and I didn't fire up the radio till I was well on my way (cuz I never woulda thought to test the radio before leaving after a fuel pump replacement), and they are 1+ hrs from me, hence I didn't turn right back around.
That's also why I was hoping there would be some simple reset/enter code/etc.

I was pressing every possible button to get sound I could. But even if that was the issue, I am still missing my option for USB input and the equalizer for the premium stereo. So it would seem something is amiss.
