Cool Blacky. I cannot wait to see! Do you mind if I come out to wherever you are to see this as soon as you get your tyres installed? I know I have said this already, but this is THE wheels I want. Btw, Gill @ tirerack has a set of 9 inch rear on his 135i with 40 offset, but it isn't the OZ...

Guys, can you please keep this thread on topic. Best to discuss wheels elsewhere so that new comers to the forum can just have a thread devoted to photographs...

Similar to this one I took today....Hope you don't mind Joe!

Fair enough Kris. Will keep this thread to photos and commenting on photos.

Nice work there on Zuzette. It's stunning! Can you do a photoshoot for me too when you are in Melb? :P

Cool

No skill on my behalf, I just press the shutter button on the camera - anyone can do it!

Glad you like it Joe - I'll update this thread with a STACK more photos as I run them through my software. spdrcr, myself and joe had our cars there so I took quite a few with the cars together!

Wayne, happy to!!

Yes, I purchase both rims and tyres from tyre rack.
Shopped around Aus but everybody was near double what I ended up paying.
Rims around $2000.00 delivered, and tyres around $1,200.00 delivered.
For some reason I didn't end up paying duty or GST for tyres, had to pay GST on the rims but used a tarrif concession number to avoid duty on rims, saving around 10%

All up I think I am about 1/2 the prices I got quoted from local suppliers.

I don't know where the money goes with the local supplier, but if they where within 20% I would be happy to purchase, but 100% dearer than what I brought them in for ?????? and I paid all the stuff they pay to import.

You could safely go 8" all round, there is a guy on here that has fittted them to his 135.
Will see if I can find the post.
Sorry to the local guys

Not sure who was quoting those high prices in Australia. The Ultraleggera are $550 each in Australia. You can even get a wheel and tyre package for $2700.

Ask them for a Euro car offset and PCD and see the prices climb...

YHI are the wholesalers of OZs for Australia and it's usually in Jap car offset and PCDs. I tried getting some for the VW Golf GTI for a mate, and it wasn't worth it... It was still cheaper and less hassle to get them from TireRack...
