Help me diagnose my odd start ups

So I've had the car for a little over a month, everything has been fine except recently I've been having a few long starts or low rpm ones like this. It is a littler colder where I live now (dropping into the 40s at night) but It doesn't seem cold enough for that to be the factor. Is this the HPFP starting to shit the bed? This start is two hours after driving it for about 15 minutes. Thanks in advance for any help
