Us SoCal people are pretty damned lucky. It's 84 F here today in Los Angeles (just like on Xmas day...but hated it then).

Not sure what you mean by that comment.

Are you trying to imply that all 325 owners who de-badge their cars are ashamed of the fact that they could only afford the crappy low end addition of the 3 series, because I am ashamed, I have dreams at night of owning a 330. When I take pics of my car I secretly Photoshop the 330I badge on the back, it's the only way I can deal with owning such a looser of a car. You own a 330 right? You are my hero.

And to every 5 series, 6 series, and 7 series owner you are just a lowly 3'er. You are also inferior to all M drivers. Anyone with an E class or above Benz or an Audi A6 looks down their noses at your little men's room of a 330i.

325 or 330 doesnt matter only "us" here knows whats the difference between the two. Other people know that it is just the same..same questions that I encountered: " Is that the new 3 series BMW??" For me I got the 325 because of practicality. So in conclusion, whatever fits the budget, your style, or anything, you dont have to be proud because you got the 330 or be ashamed of the 325. All they know is its the new BMW.

Not at all. Mood implies emotion. My response to who-ever-it-was was not emotional, just a level set that it is all about perspective. The average American is 2 or 3 paychecks away from bankruptcy, so before we pat ourselves on the back because we have posessions we should consider that who we are really has nothing to do with what we own. People who rely on the car they drive or the suit they wear for identity and self value generally don't have anything else to rely on. Several 330i proponents act like the difference between the models is enormous, when in fact it is minimal. Many 325i owners here paid more for their cars than many of the 330i owners, but that is rarely discussed.

Complimenting the photo of the dog was not appropriate for the same post, so it became a separate one.

that's deep man. I have a 330, and I plan de debadge. I llike the smooth lines. Perhaps the 325ers are the smart ones who don't pay an extra 6K and still get a sweet ride that outperforms a lot of other cars anyway.
OK, who am I kidding.... my 330 is better than you....I mean better than your car...
