I think you were misinformed. You would get the best incentive available between order and delivery. In your example, the credit on delivery would be at least $3500 even if it were to drop in August. If it were to rise to $4500 in either July or August, then that would be the credit that would apply on delivery.

Let's hope! I ordered a car already and I have written into the contract that I get whatever incentive is on during my delivery month. But, if the incentive drops (which I doubt), I might have a sticky time convincing them to give me the 3500 bucks.

If you are making a cash purchase, then I am almost certain that I am right. I believe it is a BMW Canada policy and is not at the discretion of the dealership. Speak with your dealership again and if you are told the same thing then call a few others or PM me and I will confirm it for you.

I haven't heard anything yet. I read somewhere that they are announcing something at 3:00 (though that could be just for the US).

You might wanna visit a few dealers to find out... mine was an order amendment, I guess my dealer had one order for them (for dealer order with packages) and my sales manager changed the dealer order for me (to become a custom order)... so my best guess would be ask a dealer to change an order for you?

It looks like BMW USA has their incentives for this month up.

As someone else pointed out, it doesn't look like the US has this "Alternative Delivery Credit" so the US incentives on that page don't really have any bearing on our situation.

I still can't find anything for Canada yet. Hopefully we'll hear something today or tomorrow.

My dealer indicated that the $3500 Alternative Delivery Credit on the 135i is still on for July.

Has anyone else confirmed this. My car arrived at the dealers today and I was able to see it for a few moments. I'm picking the car up on Monday and want to be sure the Alternative Delivery Credit amount hasn't gone up.

I just received the update email from car fax and cash incentive for 128 has not changed.

I am still in the money~

I guess it will go up after the production.
And I am pretty sure SA will give better deal getting close to the end of the production.

Anyone getting crazy deals?

Just spoke to my SA yesterday... according to her, $3500 cash rebate (for 135i) is still on until Aug 3 (?) so maybe they'll give more rebate after that? sorry guys, I forgot to ask abt the cash rebate for 128i... I take it it'll remain the same if not more....

There isn't a lot of 2009 stock left at the moment, so it may not go up to $4500. We had to order a 2010, as the choice was pretty limited across the country.
