Awesome. Here's hoping it not only makes it back on time, but gets back to the original 6th!

Agreed Totti! I'm sure you're as keen as I am to get into our new wheels! Are you planning any mods?

Only the performance stuff in my sig for now. I almost pulled the trigger on a CP-E exhaust but the warranty issues scare me. I might order a bmw performance exhaust from Germany, have it shipped over in one of our work containers and get BMW Melb to fit it for me.

You?

Not at this stage... I want to do a full Ericsson Ti Exhaust system... but like you, worried about warranty issues... in which case, I might wait until warranty is over before that.... otherwise... the M really is my Dream car... so it is pretty perfect... what do you do for a crust that affords you a work container?

Family business. We sell wine online (www.boccaccio.com.au) but also do imports from Europe (www.mondoimports.com.au) And have 2 containers a year leave from Europe (Italy) - Which lended itself to my latest idea to exploit

Zender, have you seen and heard the Akrapovic titanium exhaust for your car? Now that is an exhaust and a half! Andrew@SouthernBM knows a thing or two about it given he has dealt with two of them. The quality as you would expect out of Akrapovic is second to none. Afterall, Porsche uses them for their GT2 exhaust and also for their race machines, and actually BMW uses it as a factory option too and for their race machines. On bikes that is.

If you're in Melb, I can introduce you to Prof who has it on his M3. Many here know him too as he is the mod king when he used to have his 135i haha. He got the full Ti exhaust plus the ECU option that you can get. Sounds awesome! As I said, PM Andrew from SouthernBM. He'll be able to tell youore about it. He did it for Prof.

I considered a clear bra on my 135 but a friend removed his and there was an obvious variation in the paint and he needed a respray to his front end. I discussed it with the local supplier of the 3M clear bras and he agreed that its possible there will be a colour difference when you remove it.

So I decided it was better to put the money towards a future respray if the stone chips became too obvious.
