You snip them from above and pull them out.

The hole in the center is to install them not remove them.

Once you remove them they are trash, this is not a reusable part

So I have one of these diffuser's coming. Do I need to buy some of these black clips you speak of to install the diffuser? I thought they were screws?

You will need 2 clips, 1 for each side, and also I had to use 4 half inch screws that I painted black to hold the diffuser and bottom panel together.
I will post pictures later.
These clips are like pop rivets, you need a special tool to install them, or you can try using some pliers, I ended up breaking one on installation, so I suggest you buy a few extra. they are only 60 cents each
BTW the easiest way to remove those clips is to drill the center.

Time will tell... but I don't think they will be that hot, they are held by 4 metal spring clips on the exhaust tubes, there is an air gap between tips and tubes...
The guy who did the job also does motor bike exhausts, it does not seem to be a problem...

Diffuser looks great! Will likely go that route and I like the fins and 'open' design, will likely cure my Akrapovic fitment issue as it doesn't look like it is coming that close that to the exhaust tips.

I have a Revozport Diffuser that I haven't installed yet. Didn't know about those clips.

Where do you ordered them? Do you have the part # for those clips?

Thanks in advance...

You can get them from your dealership's parts dept. I believe the part number is 51-11-1-944-537

thanks disco I really appreciate the info and pics, IND made no mention of these clips and said to simply use the OEM screws. They said they would get me instructions from revozport but that never happened.
I take it you need those extra screws to secure the diffuser to the undertray piece. Also do you need to remove the muffler section of the exhaust to get the oem diffuser off/ revozport diffuser on?

thanks again

You do not need to remove the muffler, I only drilled out the 6 oem clips, difficult part is to remove the oem diffuser, the tabs are really tight in the bumper slots, take your time so you don't damage anything, you might want to put painter's tape on both pieces and use some plastic trim removal tool to get the tabs ot of the holes (there are 10-12 tabs total if I recall)

Should be in the 20 cent range if your dealer is legit.

If you wanna get screwed check Nick Alexander in Downtown LA they will charge you about $2.50+ EACH!!! I will never get a car, parts, or service at Alexander BMW ever and I was there to buy a Mini and even discussed a new M5. Needless to say I wont be going back!!

Could I get a quote on the Revo diffuser + Ground Effect Panel. Also does the Revo Logo on the back of diffuser come off, or does it even come mounted. Id prefer not to have a revo logo on it.

Does the hood require custom hinges? Or will it work with no modifications?

Logo comes off- its a thick sticker. U can peel it off by hand. Then just use an adhesive remover for the remaining glue. (goo gone etc)

Where else to price compare and buy?

Anybody found any other US dealers carrying the full revo raze line or is IND the only game?
I think the splitter price is decent while the roof spoiler seems too high.

Link to official site http://1m-raze.revozport.com/1mfront_splitter.html

Found 2012 msrp sheet has most of the raze full line http://www.revozport.com/fullpricelist.htm
