Hood is stocked... cant open it! E87 116i 2007

hello guys!
My hood bonnet is locked. The wire is probably broken.
Any idea how to open it?
I did removed the kidney on both sides, but there is only one lock.
I did removed the plastic cover under the lock, but bcause its too tight there i could not see what is indside...

There is a safety protection on the Golf that doesn't allow the engine bonnet to be lifted, unless the windscreen wipers are in the down position. Perhaps this extra has been fitted to your BMW.

Well I looked at my car and can see nothing above so I'm sure the only access is through the kidney grills. Suggest you go to a BMW body shop-I'm sure they'll be able to open it for you.
As a point of interest, E30's had an emergency hood open mechanism for just such an issue.
