It's from the Throttle Body Spacer.

I have this exhaust, and the whistle every time in 3rd and 4th gear between 5k and 6500k.....and i dont think i have a different throttle body spacer....

In theory they are supposed to disrupt the air coming into the intake to create more power but in reality they don't do anything except apparently make a whistling noise.

The funny thing is that on their site it says this spacer is supposed to elimate the whistle.
