OEM, KW Spring Rates

Call me blind, but I haven't seen anyone discussing spring rates at all! What are the spring rates of the OEM springs, and what are the rates on the KW coilovers? I don't want to go to something too stiff, and this knowledge will help me choose the proper coilover.

Thanks!

Edit: found the info over on e90post:

Stock 135i:
Front: 120 lb/in
Rear : 350 lb/in

KW v1-v3 (non M3)
Front: 190-256 lb/in (progressive average)
Rear: 545-570 lb/in (progressive average)
