Maddad exhaust feedback

Has anyone had a bad experience with them? Everything that I read on them seemed great. I ordered an axle back and got sent the wrong one a week ago and I can't seam to get them to reply to my email. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, I would just like to get what I ordered and not something worth $100 less than what I was charged.

Does anyone have any additional contact info?
