Performance Exhaust Tips Pitting
Anyone else experience pitting on their bmw performance exhaust tips? I use eagle 1 never dull and nano polish to keep them clean and protected, but I still have deterioration of the chrome coating.

You could try some "OOO" or "OOOO" steel wool on them. But I think at this stage you will need to replace them IF it really bothers you. They slide off with a wood block and hammer.

mine don't look chrome - more like highly polished stainless steel. They look okay, but not great. I really like the stock black chrome tips far better.

FWIW I have new stainless steel double walled tips for sale. I researched for month but these are same exact size as PE tips.
