Despite the sad winter tire/wheel set up this is a great great video

Last night Advevo/André hired a small testtrack for us. A small group of car enthousiast. The track is used for rallycar setup testing etc. Some parts of the track were kept wet. The tarmac is the same composition as the Assen Moto GP track, which is situated about 30 miles from this track...
We have about 10 AW 1Ms in the Netherlands (16.8 million inhabitants) And 3 of them(Advevo, Wouter and yours truly) were there: This is me doing the right stuff. Awesome. I love it. André: Thanks mate for making this happen again. Cheers Robin |

Have travelled around Benelux with my car long time ago; I think I can tour all Netherlands within a day, so when you say you are from "way south", probably is a 2 hours drive max, isn't it?
Way south in Chile would mean around 3000 km. south, close to Antarctica for instance. Just trying to give international support and motivation for a future Dutch 1M meet

Aha.
Another Dutch member. The VO 1M @ the Antwerp meeting was probably yours? Yep about 2 hours from Hv to Antwerp Belgium if traffic allows it 3.5 to the Nürburgring(in the early morning) and about 5 to Paris F. (also without heavy traffic) But talking about Curacao etc. That's a bit further away. And also part of the Dutch Kingdom blabla. Do they have 1Ms overthere? Cheers Robin |

3 hours I would say, that`s more than enough to explore the Netherlands.......and leave full speed for German Autobahn/Nordschleife or something else over there......
Anyway, IMHO that is, 1M driver from the East Netherlands, that means just 10 minutes away from Germany |

Have done a new upgrade.
I had RS1 JRZ 1 way adjustable dampers. I replaced them with RS JRZ. 2 way adjustable without external canisters for easy mounting. You can set Bump and Rebound separately to get the right balance on the car the way you like. you can also adjust height front and rear. I have them installed with little harder springs then the eibach pro kit which i had on the RS1 setup. It still feels good on the road. Not too hard for road use. Next week i go the nurburgring to drive them on track. |
