It's a joke from an AV forum I hang out on occasionally. I really like some old klipsch stuff, but for the money, I hadn't been impressed with what I heard a few years back. Couldn't tell you what it was. I think it's pretty good stuff, but for the $$$....

When I worked at Ultimate Electronics, I sold Home Audio. During all the slow times, I would sit in the sound rooms and play the Klipsch speakers until I couldnt hear anymore. I liked them way more than the other brands we had. Right before I quit, we picked up some of the Monster Audio stuff. Pricey as hell, but I really liked it. I watched Super Speedway so many times in that room it was sad.

I like a lot of their stuff that I'd heard, but the stuff I have now (Onix) blew me away. Sounds as good as the Klipsch stuff that's twice the price.

Monster has some interesting stuff and good ideas, but the put so much razzle crap on it that jacks up the price
