Performance Power Kit 2 - Instructions Attached
Finally figured out how to attach the PPK2 Instructions to a thread. Hope these help anyone attempting a DIY installation. Shoot me a PM if you have any questions.

I don't believe the software flash is any different than BMW's PPK 1. The advantage of the PPK 2nd the additional hardware consisting primarily of an auxiliary radiator and a higher output radiator fan.

Pig farmer: do you know what is the MSD80 option? In the instructions says that only cars with that option come with the ECU. I havent receive it.

My understanding is that if you have the MSD80, you need to upgrade to the MSD81 before receiving the flash. I believe BMW switched to the MSD81 for cars with a production date after March 2008. Maybe someone else can confirm this. My car is a 2009 and I had no problems at all.

Actually, PPK can be installed by anyone capable of coding an N55 135i with an early 2012 production date or older. There are coders here on the forum who will do it for you as well.
