Please Help me get this out of my head!!!

Lately I've been unable to get the Z4M Coupe of my mind! I've also been looking into the 1M but I cant bring myself to pay msrp four years later. Maybe I will regret it someday...

Anyway, i dont need more than two seats, love the style, and M car, oh and only MT. That last part may be the only issue I find I dont like about my 1er. Mine is a 6AT.

Just so you get an idea what im obsessing about...

LOVE the Z4M. you should totally get one. Life is short.....drive what you want. i think the Z4M is a total future classic.

You'll never regret pursuing what you really want....ever. You will, however, regret NOT doing things you wanted to do.

I would have a very hard time choosing between that and a Cayman-S.

If I lived in Florida there is no no question I would have gone for a ZM coupe,
but needing an all year car here in Canada a 2013 135i M Sport with 5 year warranty won the day.

i would say a Z4M with snow tires would be almost just as good as the 135i with snow tires in the snow.....maybe even better with its mechanical LSD. If you mean clearance, the 1er isn't that great for clearance either so it's not a major advantage.

I sold my Z4M when I relocated and purchased the 135i. I miss that car all the time. Nothing I have ever owned drove like it - 'course mine was heavily modded with a supercharger

If thats what you want go for it... LIFE IS SHORT!

I agree with this! If you want it that bad and can afford it, then by all means... GET IT!

The Z4M is hot sex - just get it! I came soooo close to picking one up a year ago, and still kind of wish I had... but it would have been rough as my only car with a 3-year old in the passenger seat, lol. :-D But again... get it!

There's another reason why I want a Z4MC. Its rare and holding if not increasing its value. When I get one, i'll keep it for a looong time!

I try to live by this!

LoL I was looking at both at some point. But I like the tail happy feeling of the FR configuration. Plus I wont. Track the car enough to really care for lower laps. Oh and the design of the z4mc is just Sex!

The Z4M is great - if you're under 6 ft. tall. I'm 6'3" and when a friend brought their Z4M over, I tried to sit in it and almost could not get into the car. Its door opening is not very high and I had to double over and try to swing my legs in. Once inside, I pretty much couldn't move, even with the seat adjusted all the way back and down. Disappointing, because I really wanted to drive it, but I'd have had problems trying to steer and shift gears with my knees pressed up against the bottom of the steering wheel.

I would not bother with a standard Z4, but the M?
Yes, yes, a thousand times yes.

Don't get it OUT of your HEAD, get it IN your GARAGE!

Use the US $$ to buy a clean one here in Canada. You can always sell it later if you get the M out of your system! Better than feeling that longing!!

Exactly.

And the lines on the Z4M are exquisite as well... not very many cars on the road you see these days that at least look like they were drawn with a pen on paper, and not a mouse on a computer screen

I can agree with your sentiments..., Z4M or Cayman S...., either or are ridiculously tempting since I only use a drivers seat.

Go for it man, worse case scenario you drive it for a while then upgrade or keep it as a beater.

Would definitely trash the AT 135 for a Z4M.

Now if the 1 was 6MT, I'd really have to think about it lol
