Is the BMW 800 tracking number down?

I've tried for the last ten days to call the "tracking number" to get an update on my new 1er, but it rings busy every time.

Not that it matters--it gets here when it gets here. Still, I was wondering if others had the same issue.

I have been calling it to check on the status of my car. 800-831-1117.

Just tried it, and it did work. Funny, I had been getting a busy signal for a couple of weeks.
