N54 lower radiator hose leak

Hey guys so I posted about this recently and had no reply's but I thought I'd give it another go. I'm in the middle of replacing my stock intercooler and I found a leak coming very obviously from the lower radiator hose that goes to the heat exchanger. First off I'd like to know if anyone has the part number before I just drain the coolant and rip the hose off, secondly I'd like to know what else I should be replacing while I'm down there doing it with the coolant drained ( eg. coolant flange etc.) id also like to add that all these problems started when I bumped the coolant hose trying to remove the lower charge pipe. If anyone has any input at all it would be greatly appreciated.
